Data we access and collect
Ajil processes website account email addresses, display names, profile images if provided, password verification information and session tokens for authentication and security. We process the keywords, URLs, search terms, business descriptions, project content and results that users choose to submit. Service logs may include IP addresses, request times, paths and errors.
When an administrator voluntarily connects Google Ads, Ajil receives OAuth authorization credentials and reads the selected customer account identifier and currency, plus historical keyword metrics such as average monthly searches, monthly search volumes, advertising competition and top-of-page bid ranges. Keywords, geography, language and date range are sent to Google to perform the requested query. We do not request Google profile or Gmail access for this connection.
Google data use and sharing
We use Google Ads data only for the account verification, keyword research, metrics display and export features requested by the user, and their necessary caching, security and troubleshooting. The adwords OAuth scope permits reading and managing Ads data; the implemented Ajil backend only reads account metadata and keyword metrics and offers no ad creation, modification or deletion operations.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising targeting, send Google Ads API data to large language models, or use it to train general-purpose AI. Hosting and operations providers process data only as necessary to provide the service. Human access is limited to support with your explicit consent, security investigations, necessary troubleshooting or legal requirements. Otherwise we share Google user data only with your consent or as legally required. Ajil's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Other third parties
If you actively choose AI analysis or advertising content generation, relevant user inputs are sent to the model provider configured by the website administrator (DeepSeek by default). Google Ads metrics queries do not call an AI model. Public-source research sends relevant queries and URLs to Google or other selected sources. Email and hosting providers process information needed for their services. The optional home-page weather widget uses ipapi.co and Open-Meteo, which receive network requests and may receive your IP address. Providers may process information in different countries.
The negative-keyword tool has a separate shared word-level cache: eligible search terms, matching keywords, business categories and analysis results may be reused after confirmations by multiple distinct users. Do not submit personal identifiers or confidential terms to that feature. This is separate from the Google Ads API metrics cache; account email addresses are not exposed as shared word-level results.
Storage, retention and safeguards
Google refresh tokens and private client configuration are encrypted in a private server directory and are not included in browser project archives or public exports. Identical metrics queries are cached for six hours. Website disconnection clears the connection's saved refresh token, pending authorization and live metrics cache, while retaining OAuth client configuration and the website account. Local keyword projects remain in the current browser until deleted or site data is cleared; signing out does not delete them.
Other server account records, projects, materials, histories and shared caches have no single automatic deletion period. We handle them according to their feature state, user actions and verified deletion requests. Moving a project to trash is not permanent deletion. Necessary security, legal and backup retention is explained when a request is processed. We use HTTPS, access controls and credential encryption; no transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion requests
The connecting administrator can choose “断开网站连接” (Disconnect website) on the keyword research page. To revoke Google's authorization separately, remove Ajil from Google Account third-party connections. To delete local projects, use the project's delete action or clear semskill.online browser storage. To access, correct or delete server-held information, email the privacy contact from your registered email and identify the account, feature and relevant project. We verify identity and explain any applicable trash, shared-cache, backup or legal-retention limitations. Never email passwords, OTPs or OAuth tokens. Previously downloaded files and copies shared by you must be managed separately.
We will update this policy and obtain consent where required before introducing new Google data uses or access scopes. This public policy can be read without signing in.
1. 适用范围与联系方式
本政策适用于 Ajil 网站（semskill.online）的工具及账户服务。服务由 Ajil 网站维护者（下称“我们”）提供。隐私、授权和数据删除问题请联系 hzj1019289410@gmail.com。
本政策也适用于通过 Google Ads API 获取的数据。Google 自身及你访问的其他第三方网站，适用各自的隐私政策。
2. 我们处理的信息与用途
- 账户信息：邮箱、显示名称、头像（如设置）、密码的验证信息及登录状态，用于注册、登录、身份核验和账户安全。验证和密码重置邮件通过邮件服务商发送。
- 你提交的工作资料：关键词、搜索字词、业务描述、网址、创意内容、项目资料、分析输入与结果，用于执行你选择的调研、分析、生成、保存和导出操作。
- 浏览器与访问记录：登录令牌、本机项目、界面设置，以及服务运行产生的 IP 地址、请求时间、路径和错误信息，用于维持会话、恢复工作、排错和防止滥用。
- 天气信息：首页天气组件会向 ipapi.co 请求基于 IP 的大致城市信息，向 Open-Meteo 请求城市搜索和天气。服务商可收到网络请求的 IP 地址；城市及相关坐标、天气缓存会保存在浏览器。你可以手动选择城市。
请仅提交你有权处理的资料，避免上传客户名单、个人身份信息、支付信息、密码或与功能无关的商业秘密。
3. Google Ads 授权与数据使用
管理员可自愿连接 Google Ads，为关键词调研读取指定广告客户的账户标识、账户币种和关键词历史指标，包括平均月搜索量、逐月搜索量、广告竞争程度及页首出价区间。查询所需的关键词、语言、地区和时间范围会发送给 Google。
Google Ads 数据仅用于你在页面中选择的账户核验、关键词指标显示和导出，以及这些功能所需的缓存与安全排错。我们不会出售 Google 用户数据，不将其用于广告定向，也不将通过 Google Ads API 获得的数据发送给大模型、用于训练通用人工智能模型或用于与上述功能无关的用途。
Ajil 对从 Google API 获取的信息的使用和传输将遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括其中适用的 Limited Use 要求。人员访问仅限于经你明确同意的支持、安全调查、必要排错或法律要求的情形。

Ajil does not sell Google user data, use it for ad targeting, send Google Ads API data to large language models, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. 5. 保存位置、期限与安全
- Google 连接：刷新令牌及客户端私密配置加密保存在服务器的私有目录，用于维持授权。令牌不写入浏览器项目、页面导出或公开网页。
- 指标缓存：相同关键词指标查询缓存有效期为 6 小时，用于减少重复请求。断开网站连接时清除该连接的在线指标缓存。
- 本机关键词项目：保存在当前浏览器，按网站登录账户区分，直到你删除存档或清理站点数据；不因退出登录而自动删除。
- 服务器资料：账户、项目、物料、分析历史及公共缓存没有统一的自动删除期限。根据功能状态、你的删除操作或经核验的删除请求处理；项目移入回收站不等于永久删除。
- 运行与安全记录：用于服务维护和安全调查，保留以必要为限。涉及备份、依法留存或技术上不能即时清除的副本时，我们会在处理删除请求时说明范围与安排。
网站使用 HTTPS、访问控制和凭据加密等保护措施。任何网络传输和存储都无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保管账户与导出文件。
6. 断开授权、访问与删除数据
- 断开网站连接：由连接管理员在关键词调研页点击“断开网站连接”，清除网站当前保存的刷新令牌、待处理授权和在线指标缓存。OAuth 客户端配置及网站账户不会因此被删除。
- 撤销 Google 授权：前往 Google 账号的第三方连接管理，移除 Ajil 的访问权限。网站内断开连接不等同于在 Google 侧撤销授权。
- 删除浏览器资料：在关键词调研页删除本机存档，或在浏览器中清除 semskill.online 的站点数据。清除前请自行导出需要保留的内容。
- 申请访问、更正或删除服务器资料：使用注册邮箱发送请求到联系邮箱，说明账户邮箱、功能及项目名称。我们会核验身份后处理，并说明回收站、公共缓存、必要留存及备份的处理情况。请勿在邮件中发送密码、验证码或 Google 授权令牌。
你主动下载的文件以及已交给第三方的副本需由你自行管理。停止 Google 授权不会自动删除之前导出的资料。
7. 政策变更
本页标注最后更新日期。若今后新增 Google 数据用途或访问范围，我们会先更新披露，并在需要时取得你的同意，再开展相关处理。隐私问题和删除申请均可通过联系与数据管理页面发起。
